My first journal on my new dA. It's very exciting!

Yeah, the snow was seriously highfive awesome great.
For the first time that I can ever recall, my state seriously got some major snow. And for this far south, this is real honest to goodness snow.

And I had to plod through it for about a mile or so...doesn't sound so bad but to save you the grief I'm not in shape at all and I have horrible knees. Cold and snow with my knees is not good.

Aside from the agonizing pain, it was a most enjoyable last four days. 8D

Okay, so my 'net's been down for like, two days now, right? And it's been driving me crazy because -- well shit it's my internet. I loves me some internet.

...So I did other stuff like actually not procrastinate and clean and actually finish a book I've been meaning to wrap up. Even beat Fable II on the third ending finally! (Huge let down, btw. D: That third ending.)

But that's not the point!

This is easily one of the most beautiful movies I've ever seen. And even that is an understatement..

We rented a couple of movies today, and among them was Seven Pounds. This was the first movie I wanted to watch and me being me, I prefer to watch movies alone. But both my parents watched it earlier today, and they were both trying to describe it to me without spoiling anything. It's just...one of those movies where you can't talk about very much if anything because of the way the story is woven.

Fuck my monitor like burning. The thing's served me well for so many years and then out of the...blue..it turns...purple. Lucky me my eyes adjusted to it and now practically nothing looks purple anymore. But the downside? Everything looks like a mother fucking LiveJournal icon.

Uh, shit...it's complicated to describe really but all the colors are off and I can only really see grey, black, green, and blue decently. So if I color anything it would heavily adhere to those.

So, I'm getting back into drawing with pencil. I've done it forever. But, I'm trying to do it seriously. You know, not quite so messy sketches. But I'm kind of in a predicament on erasers to use for cleaning up the sketches. I erase a lot when I draw. So I go right through the given eraser on my pencil. So I'm wondering now what is a good eraser to use with your generic cheap bic mechanical pencils?

First world problems when. My little brother just came up in the office with his RB and I just remembered how much I hate the smell of it. Ugh.

What was I going to say? Oh!

Well, I've had the sixth and seventh Harry Potter books for a few months now but I've never gotten around to reading them because A) I haven't read Harry Potter in years, so I'd have zero idea of what was going on. And B) Been doing other things with my life and reading other books.

So I've decided that I'm going to read the books one right after the other and just get them done in one go. I was trying for a month, but at the rate I read I'll probably get to Half
